How it works

1. Laptop holds the data

Your superintendent runs TunnelIQ.exe on a site-office laptop. All constraints, commitments, observations, near-misses, shift records and audit history live in one SQLite file next to the .exe. No vendor cloud. No multi-tenant database.

2. Phones via private link

The crew opens TunnelIQ in any phone browser — no app store, no MDM. "Add to Home Screen" gives them a launcher icon. Same Wi-Fi, pocket 4G router, or a private named tunnel — you pick what suits the site's IT.

3. You own the audit trail

Every constraint raised, every TBM mode change, every permit override is hash-tied to the audit log. Export the full register as PDF or CSV at any time. Claims-grade traceability without a SaaS subscription.

  • Last Planner System. Constraint Board with cascade impact, Pull Planning, Make-Ready, Weekly Planning Meeting Mode, Daily Huddle, PPC + CQI tracking.
  • TBM operations. NOA integrity checks, mode-change blocking with PM override workflow, advance-rate alerts, cutterhead intervention log, shift handover.
  • Continuous improvement. A3 with auto-populated cluster data, Kaizen vote-to-advance board, TIMWOODS waste tracking with live Flow Efficiency, Takt cycle-time boards.
  • HSE. Near-miss register with severity-based close-out, ICAM-style investigation, lessons library with NM-YYYY-NNNN reference codes.
  • Reporting. 5 PDF report types + PPTX walkthrough deck + landscape A3 export. Server-side, auditable, claims-ready.
  • Mobile capture. Quick Capture observations, photo + voice with offline sync queue, Daily Readiness, Shift Handover, Glove and Underground themes.
  • Lean coaching layer. Eight inline detectors that surface contextual prompts on the Constraint Board, Planner, and Executive views — never blocks action, dismissable for 36 h.
  • Shift report ingestion. Drop in CSV / Excel / PDF shift reports, parser maps to ShiftRecords with audit trail. Claude Haiku PDF extraction when an API key is set, regex fallback when it isn't.
